Miki Honda has kindly offered to run a couple of sushi workshops to teach interested parents how to roll maki and prepare sushi rice. Having had the pleasure of doing this with Miki I can testify that it is a) great fun and b) surprisingly not too difficult (I won’t go as far as saying that it is easy, but we have subsequently tried it out at home and everything worked!)
Please choose either Weds 11th June 9h30 – 11h30 or Friday 20th June (Sorry - both now full - taking wait list) same time. Cost 15 euros per person to cover ingredients.
