Domain Chateau Les Sacristains

My friend Margarete, whom I know from college times, has a Domain Chateau Les Sacristains west of Montpellier (reachable by TGV within 3 hours and 20 minutes).
She offers nice hotel rooms and individual residences with separate entrances and terraces in a beautiful landscaped garden setting and fully equipped kitchens.
The Domain`s large pool is adjacent to a sun deck and restaurant; there are tennis courts and a golf driving range. It is just 5 min. from small beaches of Meze away and 20 min. to the lovely fishing village of Sete.
Margarete is happy to organize a SPECIAL COOKING CLASS with a well known chef including trips to the fish market of Sete for our EABJM comunity. If you are inter
ested please let me (Ingrid Manthe) know and I could work on it for next autumn. My family and I are planning to stay there first week of Spring break and in July.
